Overview

The World Equestrian Center is seeking a Lead Cashier to join our team. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, experience in food and beverage services, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with purchases and requests.
  2. Provide leadership to staff and foster a hospitality-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.
  3. Lead the team to achieve shift goals, ensuring safety, food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service standards are met.
  4. Follow guidelines on restricted sales items.
  5. Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed.
  6. Implement and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  7. Stay informed about events, promotions, and shows within the Center and locally.
  8. Label, stock, and manage inventory.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
  10. Deliver excellent customer service.
