Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Towson, MD is seeking a Front End leader to help operations run smoothly and ensure customers receive outstanding service. You will guide staff and assist cashiers, especially during busy periods.

You’ll manage checkout lanes, enhance efficiency, and model an outgoing personality with strong leadership to keep service at the highest level. Wegmans is renowned for quality and employee satisfaction since 1916.

• Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the right number of open lanes and run registers as necessary to reduce customer wait time.
