• Serve as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager (Keyholder responsibilities).
• Support store organization, inventory, and customer service initiatives.

Position Summary

TheLead Cashieris responsible for managing and mentoring the cashier team while also performing daily cashier functions. In this role, you’ll train and develop cashiers, ensure accurate and efficient transactions, and maintain high standards for customer service. You’ll also open and close registers, handle cash balancing, monitor Point-of-Sale (POS) procedures, and serve as a keyholder when management is unavailable.

What You’ll Do
