In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide excellent service to customers exiting the store. If you have an outgoing personality and are looking for an opportunity to use your leadership skills, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

1. Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer any questions they have.
2. Promptly respond to assist cashiers to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
3. Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the right number of open lanes, and run registers as necessary to reduce customer wait times.

Work Environment

The physical demands of this work are classified as light to medium. Work includes repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting, standing, and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, occasional bending, frequent reaching, moving, and lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. You may be asked to work at a cash register station. The average weight of items lifted is 5–12 pounds, with a maximum of 50 pounds occasionally. Assistance with heavy items may be available. The work involves moderate upper extremity repetition and trunk movement, including twisting, bending, and pivoting. You may be exposed to allergens. The environment is indoors, with exposure to seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools and equipment include cash registers, scan guns, shopping bags, and carts.
