Highly E-Steamed LLC is seeking a dependable Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This hands-on role requires leading by example, delivering top-quality carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and floor cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.

You will operate truck-mounted and portable equipment, inspect jobs, communicate with customers, and upsell services where appropriate. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous carpet cleaning experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and lead jobs confidently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and floor cleaning services.
• Operate truck-mounted and/or portable cleaning equipment.
• Lead job sites and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service.
• Inspect jobs before and after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and keep work vehicle clean and organized.
• Upsell additional services when appropriate.
