Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Carpet Cleaning Restoration Technician to join our team in Bend, Oregon. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, performing carpet cleaning, upholstery, and restoration services, and leading field operations with a proactive approach.

You will participate in ongoing training, assist with water mitigation, and help train other technicians as the team grows, while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet, upholstery, floor, and specialty cleaning services.
• Assist with and perform water mitigation and restoration services.
• Evaluate job-site conditions and communicate recommended services to customers.
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from arrival through job completion.
• Complete work orders, photos, job notes, moisture logs, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Operate and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures, service standards, and job-site protocols.
• Identify opportunities for additional services that may benefit the customer.
• Support and train additional technicians as the team grows.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional certifications.
