ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter for year-round work with comprehensive benefits. The role covers remodeling, drywall, painting, flooring and carpentry tasks across residential and commercial projects.

We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $25-$35, plus a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO. Ideal candidates bring remodeling experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work on remodeling projects from patch and paint to full home rebuilds.
• Perform drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and trades teams to complete projects on schedule.
