Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Run job on site.
• Perform work required HANDS-ON, alone or with other team members on site.
• Provide excellent communication with customers on job site.
• Assist in planning and manage job materials, tasks and schedule to ensure daily operations run on schedule, on budget.
• Lead and coach other team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, and company vehicles.
• Assist Operation Manager, office staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist in estimating and other business tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 to 10+ years minimum experience in residential building, maintenance & remodeling.
• Well-rounded skillsets
• Proven, advanced skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical. (Siding, roofing, deck, and other skills are a plus)
• Detail oriented and a good problem solver
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Able to follow company process and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 50 lbs independently for extended periods of time
• Valid Drivers License and criminal background check is required
