Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI invites a skilled tradesperson to join our Springfield, IL team for year-round remodeling work. The role covers drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry and mechanical tasks on projects from small patches to full home rebuilds.

We offer $25-$32 per hour with a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and PTO. Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60. Advancement opportunities exist in a growing company with strong leadership.

We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
