Qualifications
- 7+ years of residential construction experience in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work.
- Experience completing general residential repairs and small remodeling projects.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential remodeling and repair projects with minimal supervision.
- Install siding and perform repairs as needed across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.
