What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, trim work, and residential repairs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Personal hand and power tools necessary to perform carpentry work
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
