Job summary

Andrew Roby is seeking a Project Superintendent in Charlotte, NC to lead daily operations of custom residential projects, from remodels to new builds. You will serve as both working superintendent and lead carpenter, ensuring quality, safety, and craftsmanship with clear communication.

With 10+ years in custom residential construction, you will guide teams, read blueprints, and manage schedules to deliver projects that reflect clients’ visions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in custom residential construction.
• Skilled in framing, trim work, cabinetry, flooring, stairs, decks.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings.
• Organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing complex projects.
• Leads by example and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serving as both lead carpenter and jobsite superintendent.
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, owners, and architects.
• Tracking daily progress, work orders, schedules, and change orders in the project management software; conducting inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite and vehicle.
• Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and local building codes.
