Andrew Roby Inc. in Charlotte seeks a Project Superintendent to lead daily operations of custom residential projects, from remodels to new builds, serving as both lead carpenter and site supervisor to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and subcontractors, track progress and inspections, and uphold our family, can‑do attitude and integrity on every job site.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience leading remodels, additions and new builds.
• Strong reading of blueprints and engineered drawings.

• Lead daily operations of custom residential projects on-site.
• Serve as lead carpenter and site supervisor, ensuring quality and safety.
