Job summary

Northern Limits Home Improvements in Washington is looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter who can guide residential and light commercial projects from start to finish, mentor crew members, and build trust with clients during sensitive moments.

You will interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers and suppliers, ensure site safety, and maintain high workmanship while delivering an exceptional client experience.
