Job summary

CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Lead Carpenter to take ownership of day-to-day jobsite operations from start to finish.

You’ll be the on-site manager and hands-on craftsperson ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism for remodeling projects in Worcester County and beyond. Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential remodeling experience.
• Experience leading carpenters and subcontractors on-site.
• Strong hands-on carpentry across all remodeling phases.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction docs.
• Proficient using construction PM software to manage docs and scheduling.
• Owns required hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Professional appearance and client-facing demeanor.
• Comfort with technology and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows and other remodeling work.
• Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Complete punch lists and warranty items while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Lead on-site operations and supervise carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and other jobsite needs.
• Maintain accurate jobsite paperwork, daily logs, and project documentation.
