Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building practices, measurement, layout, and quality standards.
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications accurately.
• Commitment to safety and reliability on an active onsite jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities to meet project timelines.
• Provide direction, coaching, and quality feedback to team members.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications; ensure work aligns with requirements.
• Promote jobsite safety and address hazards.
• Assist with material estimation, inventory tracking, and scheduling.
