• Lead on-site job flow, materials, and customer interactions

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience
• Versatile skill set
• Proficiency in at least five of the following areas:

1. Carpentry (framing, finish)
2. Drywall (patching, hanging, taping/mudding, finishing)
3. Painting (brush/roll, some texturing)
4. Flooring (floating, VCT, hardwood, tile)
5. Tile (shower, backsplash)
6. Electrical (fans, outlets, lighting)
7. Plumbing (faucets, toilets, shower valves)
8. Handyman/Maintenance
9. Remodel projects (bathroom, kitchen, basement)
10. Siding/Gutter/Roofing (small repairs)
11. Deck/Fence (wood, composite, vinyl, metal)
12. Commercial maintenance and updates

• Ability to learn mobile field software
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Own hand tools
• Physically capable of bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
• Valid driver’s license
