We have a unique planning & design process and actively collaborate with our clients throughout the entire process. We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Project Manager/Lead Carpenter wanting to advance thier career. The ideal canidate will bring with them a comprehensive understanding of residential construction and remodeling with strong communication and leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the field. The assistant Project Manager/Lead Carpenter will play a dual role in our organization. This individual will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of remodeling projects while also leading carpentry and finishing work on-site.

Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited To:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Lead carpentry work on-site, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.- Assist in budgeting and cost management for projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry. Experience in a project management role is a huge bonus.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols preferred.Benefits:
