Job summary
DeLoa & Sons is seeking a Lead Carpenter to cover a wide range of remodeling tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, exterior repairs, tile work, and light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The candidate must have 5 years of experience and the ability to read blueprints, operate power tools, and manage time effectively.

- Carpentry work: rough and finish.
- Exterior repairs and maintenance.
- Tile work as required.

- Light electrical work.
- Light HVAC tasks.
- Ability to run jobs unsupervised.

What you will bring with you:

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Company vehicle and work shirts provided.
Must own hand tools.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to run jobs un supervised.
