Job Overview

This full-time position offers a stable, year-round opportunity with a growing remodeling company focused on enhancing lives and improving homes. Located in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area, since 1997, we specialize in custom kitchen and bath remodels.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $63,000 to $106,000 annually, with potential bonuses. Actual pay depends on skills and experience. Benefits include vehicle during work hours, tool and cell phone allowances, and a good benefits package.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage kitchen and bath remodeling projects
2. Coordinate with trade partners (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
3. Ensure quality work and client satisfaction
4. Maintain safety and cleanliness on-site

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Several years of construction experience, especially in kitchen and bath remodeling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Clean driving record with no DUI violations in the past 3 years
