Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with four points or less in last three years.
• Construction background with window and door replacement experience.
• Five years of hands-on construction experience or equivalent technical degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Measure jobs with accurate sizing, wall thickness, and materials.
• Manage installation productivity, quality, and guidelines by visiting jobs in progress and rating teams.
• Shadow trainer for new Gunton employees; oversee training of new Retail Replacement Sales Representatives.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Assist Installation Manager in Accounts Receivable management.
• Resolve installation-related customer complaints with professional customer service.
