Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, carpentry, or service work.
• Strong knowledge of general and finish carpentry techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Experience working directly with clients in occupied homes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry repairs and general maintenance work.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate with clients.
