Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ leadership in the building construction industry.
• Extensive experience in post-frame construction.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work 10-12 hour days and weekends during peak season.
• Compliance with all safety processes and procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on construction projects in Watford City, ND.
