Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years as Foreman / Crew Supervisor in related industry.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and supervise the crew.
• Maintain communications on job status and responsibilities.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized jobsite with no hazards.
• Participate in performance and development reviews.
• Ensure duties align with company policies and procedures.
• Backfill for Superintendent as needed and work OT when required.
