You will manage layouts, supervise crew, engage with clients and inspectors, and help prepare daily schedules while maintaining safety and quality on site. Dowbuilt values craftsmanship and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years high-end residential carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Put work in place; framing carpentry and leading crew.
• Layout and assess site dimensions and alignments.
• Quality control for self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Assist in creating site documentation and as-built drawings.
