Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Carpenter General Foreman to provide direction and supervision to Foreman of Crews. Candidates must be fully competent in erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, or plywood.

The role requires strong leadership and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with ability to read construction documents. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of field oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training, including reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents is required.
