RDH Building Science is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter Foreman in Seattle to perform small carpentry tasks and support construction management. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of building assemblies.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, alongside benefits such as 401K contributions, health coverage, and a learning fund for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on carpentry or related construction experience.
• Experience with renovations and building enclosure work preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings for accurate execution.
• Strong understanding of building assemblies and sequencing.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform small carpentry and building enclosure tasks.
• Support building enclosure investigations and create exploratory openings.
• Install temporary safety measures and assist with project tasks.
• Work closely with RDH Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Document self-performed work and communicate constructability issues.
