Job summary

Pure Renovations is seeking a seasoned construction foreman to lead a 3–4 member crew on indoor and outdoor projects. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and timely completion while mentoring crew members and managing materials and client satisfaction.

This full-time role offers steady pay, a clear leadership path, and opportunities for growth within the company. A valid driver's license and construction equipment operation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
• Experience in general construction: framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors/windows.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Physical ability to work in all seasons.
• Commitment to safety, quality and professionalism.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
