Intuit, Inc. is seeking a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team. This role requires someone who can run a job, lead a crew, stay organized, and keep projects moving with minimal supervision.

You’ll read plans, manage framing and trim, coordinate with subs, and keep the jobsite clean and efficient. A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle tools and materials with a crew are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction.
• Experience running jobs or readiness to step into that role.
• Ability to work without constant oversight.
• Reliable, communicates well, and gets tasks done.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day operations on site.
• Lead a small crew and set the pace.
• Read plans and ensure build accuracy.
• Handle framing, trim, installs, and related work.
• Coordinate with subs and keep projects on track.
• Maintain a clean, dialed jobsite.
• Use logistics system to prep for the next day.
• Solve problems before they become issues.
