• Ability to complete projects within budget.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
• Perform fine carpentry including framing, installation, drywall finishing, and trim.
• Monitor work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
