We currently have a need for a Lead Carpenter. This is a prevailing wage job with the majority of the work performed within a 30-mile radius of Milwaukee, WI.

Compensation is based off of Davis Bacon Wages. This role requires 3rd shift (5pm-3am).

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of carpentry experience is required.
• Must have commercial hospital ICRA experience.
• Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Proven experience with the layout and install of stud framing and trim materials, drywall, cabinetry and accessories, patch drywall sheathing, and the ability to perform simple repairs.
• Experience with steel stud drywall, rough and finish carpentry work, and installation of doors and hardware is preferred.
• The ability to read and understand blueprints and written specs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site while following company rules and procedures.
• Experience interacting with other trade contractors in answering questions or solving problems/issues that arise in the field.
• A motivated and driven individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of performing continuous physically demanding work, including lifting 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug test.
