Facilities Management is seeking a Lead Carpenter to collaborate with shop Managers, Supervisors, Project Managers, and clients on various carpentry projects. Responsibilities include providing estimates and schedules for cabinet and casework projects, updating project statuses daily to the Manager or Supervisor, organizing and assigning work to journeylevel Carpenters, Facilities Mechanics, Facilities Workers, and Apprentice Carpenters based on project needs or skills, maintaining shop supply inventory, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
