Carpenter responsibilities include light plumbing and electrical, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, tile and cabinet installation and more in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities:

· Complete carpentry tasks at assigned properties throughout Hampton Roads

· Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinets

· Install LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown molding

· Detach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and ranges

· Light plumbing and electrical work

· Paint and patch drywall

· Install hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a project

· Work with highly motivated team members to ensure efficient restoration processes

· Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activities
