What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a small crew in constructing decks, porches, outdoor structures, and occasional home renovations
• Interpreting plans and specs and collaborating with the owner and PM to execute projects with precision
• Managing materials, coordinating subs, and keeping projects on time and on budget
• Being the go-to person onsiteproblem-solving, quality-checking, and setting the tone for the crew
  
  

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years in residential construction and love the kind of hands-on work that shows results by day's end
• Can lead a team with a balance of high standards and good vibes
• Communicate clearly and aren't afraid to speak up with ideas or solutions
• Take pride in your work and thrive in a clean, efficient, team-driven environment
• Are comfortable with tools like Buildertrend (or open to learning)
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Location:

We're based in Marietta, GA and serve the greater metro Atlanta area. Most of our projects are within 30-40 minutes of our shop.

Schedule & Pay

• MondayFriday (occasional Saturdays if required, but rare)
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and leadership ability
