Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY is seeking a Lead Carpenter to perform kitchen remodeling installations and oversee project teams in the Buffalo, NY area. You will manage on-site work, ensure quality, and maintain safety standards throughout each project.

The role emphasizes hands-on carpentry, accurate craftsmanship, and effective communication with crew members and clients. Ongoing training and company-provided tools are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or residential renovation.
• Experience in kitchen remodeling preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Ability to operate a smartphone for job/project tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute kitchen installations, including cabinetry, crown, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, painting etc.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
