Job description

Should Have Experience In:

  • Residential and Commercial Construction
  • Knowledge of framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile, and masonry

Requirements:

  • Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
  • Have a valid S.S #
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Overtime when necessary
  • Clean valid Driver's License
  • Include salary requirements and attach resume or work history for the last 5-10 years with 3 references

A successful candidate should be familiar with all phases of restoration, able to work independently or with a team, troubleshoot projects, and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Compensation is competitive and experience-dependent.

Job Duties:

  1. Direct and collaborate with crew members
  2. Perform tasks to meet deadlines
  3. Create material lists and timelines
  4. Oversee projects from start to finish

Minimum Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge and ability to operate shop tools safely
  • Excellent communication skills, professional interaction with clients
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
