Job summary

Cipriani Remodeling Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter for full-time on-site work in the South Jersey area. You will lead carpentry tasks across framing, trim, finish carpentry, and cabinetry support on residential remodeling projects, coordinating with project managers, designers, and trade partners.

Applicants must have strong hands-on remodeling experience and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
• Work respectfully in occupied homes.
• Use company systems, phones, tablets, or computers for project communication and updates.
• Follow current product installation methods and manufacturer requirements.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced residential remodeling carpenter. The Lead Carpenter will perform and help lead a wide range of carpentry work, including framing, trim, finish carpentry, cabinetry support, punch list work, and general remodeling tasks.

This role requires someone who can work efficiently, maintain a high level of quality, communicate professionally with the team and homeowners, and help keep projects moving according to schedule.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have strong hands-on residential remodeling experience and be able to perform carpentry work independently.
