Sunrise Cleaning & Construction in Lansing, MI is hiring an experienced full-time Carpenter to join our team. This year-round role offers stability, room to grow, and the chance to work on renovation and remodeling projects with a team that values craftsmanship and safety.

You will perform high-quality carpentry across phases, complete trim, drywall, painting, roofing, and water damage restoration as needed, while maintaining site safety and good communication with project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of renovation/remodel construction experience.
• Skills across trim carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality carpentry work across all phases of renovation and remodeling projects.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assignments on schedule.
