Job summary

Homestead Builders Group is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects across Sonoma County. This is a working leadership role where you’ll build exceptional work while coordinating field operations, mentoring carpenters, and collaborating with project management to deliver projects that reflect a high standard of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Comfort with rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and solve field issues
• Leads by example in the crew and site
• Pride in organization, communication, and quality workmanship
• Willingness to contribute to planning, professionalism and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects across Sonoma County.
• Coordinate field operations and mentor carpenters on site.
• Collaborate with project management to deliver projects reflecting high craftsmanship.
• Model professionalism and organize work to meet schedules and quality standards.

At Homestead Builders Group, we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to lead the day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Sonoma County.
