RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Perform carpentry tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship in the time allotted. Keep informed of the entire project scope including revisions, change orders or changes to the scope of work and the schedule. Lead a team of carpenters to perform and complete tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Five years of experience (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and stairs
• Safety first mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Proper protective clothing (steel-toe boots, jeans, etc.)
• Wear proper protective equipment at all times
• Basic hand tools
