The EXOVATIONS Lead Carpenter is the crew leader of a team in the installation of decks, porches, windows, and doors. Lead Carpenters must be willing to lead, manage, train, and accept responsibility for each project assigned. The goal of the Lead Carpenter is to move into Project Management by demonstrating his/her abilities to lead a team to deliver the best customer experience on every project.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Driven, confident, and results-oriented.
• Ability to effectively lead and communicate with a diverse team.
• Ability to properly calculate and build roofs, decks, porches, pergolas, and other exterior projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Manage and communicate daily duties & goals.
