Job Description

As our lead carpenter, you will be responsible for performing your duties with high quality, knowing your equipment, excelling at customer service, and managing team members as a mini owner of the company. You will report directly to the Foreman and production coordinator regarding daily operations, logistics, and project status. Your role involves leading jobs and field personnel, managing change orders, coordinating materials and equipment, and completing duties efficiently and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

$42,000 - $65,000 plus vacation and benefits. Benefits include insurance options after 30 days, 401k after 1 year, paid major holidays, additional paid vacation, and extra holiday for Veterans.

Responsibilities

  2. Coordinate personnel and prioritize tasks
  3. Lead project layouts independently or with the foreman

  5. Take daily project photos for marketing and quality control reports
