Qualifications

• 2+ years caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in clients' homes.
• Lead caregiver roles including staff orientation and annual trainings.
• Assist in daily operations and office duties.
• Cover shifts and ensure flexible scheduling.
