Qualifications

• Must have valid driver\'s license and vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Introduce caregivers to new clients.
• Shadowing & Training new and current staff.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor.
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers.
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed.
• Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention.
