Senior Helpers Racine & Kenosha is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care. Immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (Racine/Kenosha). Paid training provided; both full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at home.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As an in-home caregiver, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
• Provide medication reminders
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic household and caregiver skills
• Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
• Caregiver home care, healthcare, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
