Dovida – Jacksonville is seeking a skilled Lead Caregiver to join our team. You will provide hands-on client care and serve as a supportive resource for fellow caregivers, promoting teamwork and high‑quality, person-centered care.

You will guide newer caregivers, ensure communication and documentation accuracy, and help coordinate new client starts and staffing transitions while maintaining care continuity. This role reports to Dovida leadership and offers hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass Level 2 background check.
• CPR certified.
• Must pass drug testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous HHA, CNA, personal care, direct care, or home care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver personal care and homemaking assistance based on each client’s individualized care plan.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Respect each client’s dignity, privacy, choices, and independence.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and complete timekeeping requirements properly.

Kenntnisse
