Our vibrant senior living community, Crystal Terrace Senior Living, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team of Senior Living Warriors! In this leadership role, you’ll support and guide our caregiving team, ensure high-quality resident care, and help foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who calls our community home. The Senior/Lead Caregiver provides high-level assistance to residents with Daily Living Activities, maintaining dignity and respect, and ensuring quality care in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Responsibilities include training new staff, responding to resident needs promptly, following care plans, assisting with daily activities, documenting information, and supporting safety and wellbeing.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 36 hours/week, 6:00am-6:00pm shifts. Pay DOE.
