Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead to support older adults in their homes across Southern New Hampshire, including Nashua, Exeter, and surrounding communities. This full-time role offers guaranteed 40 hours with up to 60 hours available, and weekly pay.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and daily routines, support dementia and end-of-life needs, and mentor fellow caregivers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family.
• Experience with personal care, mobility, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support.
• Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations.
• Strong communication with clients, families, staff, and caregivers.
• Comfortable guiding other caregivers when needed.
• Comfortable using scheduling and care documentation app.
• Basic English reading, writing, and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in clients' homes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, OR active LNA/CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential
• Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support
• Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregivers
• Comfortable supporting and guiding other caregivers when needed
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentation
• Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Schedule, Travel & Requirements

• Must be available for 60 hours per week to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
• Comfortable working in different home environments, including homes with pets or smoking environments
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
• $24.00-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
• $960-$1,040/week before taxes at 40 hours per week

Work Area

This role supports clients in homes across Southern New Hampshire, including Nashua, Exeter, and surrounding communities. Because client homes may be spread across the region, this position requires reliable transportation, flexibility, and comfort traveling between assignments when needed.
