Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to clients following an individual service plan.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintains client records and communicates with families and staff.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents.
• Covers shifts and coordinates with the agency manager as needed.
