Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead in the San Francisco area to provide full-time in-home care for older adults. The role requires 60 hours of availability per week to guarantee 40 hours and involves traveling up to 60 minutes between client homes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of professional caregiving experience or active CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials, and are comfortable using scheduling apps and communicating with families and team members.

• Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support
• Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations

• Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pay range: $24.00-$26.00/hr depending on experience; $960-$1,040/week at 40 hours before taxes
• San Francisco service area: Client homes and apartments across San Francisco and surrounding areas

Schedule, Travel & Requirements

• Must be available for 60 hours per week to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
• Reliable transportation plan and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
• Comfortable navigating San Francisco homes, apartments, stairs, elevators, pets, and smoking environments
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
• Must complete all required onboarding steps before starting care assignments
• $24.00-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
• $960-$1,040/week before taxes at 40 hours per week
